Hello All - Joe has been at Denver Hospice in patient facility since Friday, Feb 23, 2024.  Joe is exactly where he needs to be until his final breath.  He is getting amazing around the clock hospice care.  The goal is to keep him at the hospice factility vs home care as he deserves to be.  He is peaceful, accepting, and pain is managed around the clock.  We along with the nurses feel like Joe is transitioning or is currently going through the process.  Hospice is and has been for Joe a beautiful gift and blessing that he is able to be cared for with such dignity.  The past few weeks have been unprecedented and challenging for the family to say the least, please continue to keep the Snyder family in your daily thoughts and prayers.
