Wesley started complaining of stomach pain at the beginning of winter break. Throughout the break, he had sporadic episodes of constipation and stomach pain. He started vomiting NYE but seemly recovered, then started vomiting again on the 4th. Rachel brought him to urgent care on the 5th and they were sent straight to the CHOA Emergency Room. He had a full intestinal blockage due to intussusception and was vomiting blood by the time they arrived in the ER. He had emergency surgery where they found and removed a tumor that had grown in his lower intestines. Pathology confirmed the tumor was lymphatic.
