Today is the last day of round 1 of his chemo road map, which was a very condensed 7 day preliminary round. The doctors are very pleased with how he is responding to the chemo. His labs look great and his CT scan showed a significant decrease in cancer activity. Praise the Lord!!

He starts round 2 tomorrow and with how things are looking currently, our chances of coming home for a little bit next week are looking good.

Wesley is in good spirits. He LOVES the hospital and all the fun activities they have available. He has learned that he gets what he asks for and is not shy about crazy requests. He asked his child life specialist to bring him a lion from the zoo... and she brought him his favorite therapy dog in a lion costume.

The rest of the family is getting weary and really looking forward to some time together at home. Be in prayer with us for Lanier, she is taking it the hardest.
