In Support of The Perritt Family
Thank you everybody for all of your love and support through all of this. We lost Baby Bella on Sunday. Now we are planning a funeral. She was 36 days old. My heart hurts to even say all of this. Any love and support and financial help is greatly appreciated as we are preparing to lay our sweet baby to rest. I want to be able to give her the best celebration of life possible and I want everyone who cried for her, prayed for her and rooted for her there. This is going to be costly, but out sweet baby deserves it. And I thank all of yall again for helping us out during this time and helping us be able to give Baby Bella what she deserves. I fought so hard for. And she fought so hard. Her kidneys shut down for 12 days and all of her other organs followed. She didn't deserve this. I just wanted to post an update on top so everyone knows. My heart is broken in a million pieces.
Thank you
As many of you know their Baby Bella was born at just 22 weeks. She is currently in the NICU fighting everyday. She is battling with multiple complications such as staph and yeast infections. The yeast infection has spread to the blood, which is deadly and it is unmanageable. They have her on strong antibiotics to fight this, which is causing damage to other organs. If the yeast spreads to the brain, it will cause permanent brain damage with the result of fatality.
Now the baby's kidneys are not functioning. Every day in the NICU brings on a new challenge but Bella is a fighter. She is fighting fights that most grown adults can't even fight.
Her family continues to be there for her in every way they possibly can but they are also trying to manage everyday life with their 3 children at home, meals, and REST, so they can be 100 percent to advocate for Bella. Between spending nights and days in the NICU the family is still struggling to maintain the life they have and be everywhere at one time for everyone.
Bringing awareness to these sweet babies born so early is the goal. It's amazing how they can continue to grow in an incubator, just as it is the mothers womb. The technology is amazing.
Any hospital stay is stressful but especially one that is unplanned and unexpected. This will be a long road ahead for the Perritt family and this page is for the massive community that love and care for them and want to help, local or from afar.
Now we are planning her funeral, that I never imagined we would be doing.
Thank you for your support and prayers for the Perritt Family.
