The waiting really is the hardest part. We know I have cancer, we know it's not early stage but that's it, that's all we know.
A lot of people have been checking in to see how we're doing. Most days the honest answer is not good. We're scared, anxious and extremely stressed but we know that this too shall pass.
As we prepare to go into full on battle, or beast mode as I like to tell the boys when they play sports, we are trying to focus on these things...

- Hope - It's literally my middle name. We're going to celebrate every piece of good news and all of the little wins along the way. We will never stop hoping for the best possible outcome.
- Faith - We're going to believe that everything happens for a reason and that God is going to create something incredible through this journey. Keep those prayers coming.
- Trust - In our medical professionals, their experience and just how incredible modern day medicine is.
- Love - Our love for each other, for our family and the love we feel from each and every one of you is what will help carry us through the hard times. We feel it and cannot tell you how much it means.
