I wanted to take a second to write a quick update as I've been meaning to for several days, but haven't had a chance.

Landry stopped tolerating her feeds on Monday following a change in alertness on Sunday.

After giving her belly rest overnight Monday, we attempted to go back to the last formula concentration she had been comfortable on with no success. Tuesday afternoon she went back on IV fluids and all IV medications.

Despite numerous heavy duty nausea and comfort medications on board, Landry has not had any extended (more than 30 minutes) relief from vomiting since Tuesday morning.

I don't get shaken by much in this setting anymore, but this is unlike anything we've ever dealt with and I'm praying we can get to the bottom of it soon. I've felt so helpless, but I know she knows I'm here and being her voice is the most important thing right now. 

Neurology and GI are involved and we are working our way through their recommended labs, which will hopefully give some direction because we don't have any at this point, unfortunately. 

Thank you for continuing to pray with us. I have so many unanswered texts and messages that I haven't had time to respond to, but please know that I'm reading them all and feeling loved and encouraged.
