In support of
DMI Project Giveback

Everyday there are children born with physical disabilities. Often the only way for these children to reach their full physical potential is to receive physical therapy and occupational therapy.

Here in the US, children have access to services through hospitals, outpatient clinics, early intervention programs and school.
Unfortunately in some countries indigent children with disabilities and their families have no access to therapy or therapeutic equipment, such as walkers, standers, and wheelchairs.

Project Giveback is a group of therapists from across the US who are going to the Philippines to serve indigent children with disabilities.
Our goal is to provide much needed physical and occupational therapy.

We have seen the life changing effect of therapy on the children we serve in the US, especially using the intensive model when combined with Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) and other modalities, such as TASES neuromuscular electrical stimulation and NISE spinal stim.

We will be utilizing an intensive model of therapy, seeing the children everyday, and incorporating these treatment methods.  We will be also
teaching the parents so that they can continue working with their children when we leave. Our hope is to help each of the children we serve reach their greatest potential.

Would you join us in helping to give hope to these children and families by supporting Project Giveback?
