In Support of Mary Durkin

Hello family and friends, Mary Durkin, my strong and loving friend, has been through so much this past year. She’s a 43-year-old mother of three wonderful daughters, aged 17, 14, and 10. In April 2023, she was diagnosed with malignant invasive ductal carcinoma of the right breast. This came right after a devastating car accident that left her with serious injuries, including a severely broken arm, a partially collapsed lung, and a brain bleed resulting in a traumatic brain injury. Mary is currently undergoing immunotherapy treatments with Keytruda, but the side effects are hitting her hard. She’s thinking about joining a new drug trial to find better relief and maintain her quality of life. Because she can't work right now, it’s getting harder and harder for her to provide for her children’s basic needs. We have set up a support registry to help Mary and her girls through this tough time. You can help in various ways. We are raising funds to reach a goal of $10,000 to cover medical expenses and daily needs. Mary's family also needs food and meal support. Whether it’s fresh, frozen, or shelf-stable food, every bit counts. Additionally, Mary welcomes volunteers who can come to visit or help with daily tasks. Every form of support, including prayers, is greatly appreciated. We need your support more than ever. Please take a moment to see how you can help Mary and her family. You can:

  1. Choose from Support Registry options
  2. 'Share' to Spread the Word to family and friends
  3. 'Follow' Updates to stay informed

Thank you and God bless.
