Our friend Jerome has interstitial lung disease. This means his lungs are not working well, and he needs a lung transplant. His job does not offer disability pay, so he will have no income when he cannot work. He will need help with medical co-pays (small amounts of money paid by the patient), deductibles (money paid before insurance covers expenses), transportation, lodging, medical equipment, and supplies not covered by insurance. He also needs help with monthly living expenses.

Our Support Registry shows all the different ways we can help Jerome. We can follow for updates, lend a hand, send meals, give money, spread the word, and more. If his needs change, the registry will update too.

This weekend there was a fire in the kitchen, so there will be no more gourmet food or room service for a while. Jerome will be in the hospital at least until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. I will stay near him this week to be there for him.
